Eligibility for Refunds
Since our store offers both digital products and POD items, refund eligibility depends on the type of product purchased.
1. Digital Products (Software, Tutorials, and Downloadable Content)
As digital products are immediately accessible upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds. However, exceptions may be made under the following conditions:

Technical Issues: If the product does not function as described due to a technical issue and our support team cannot resolve it, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same product multiple times, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
2. Print-on-Demand (POD) Products
Each POD product is custom-made upon order. Due to this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

Defective or Damaged Item: If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will replace the item or offer a refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with photos of the issue.

Incorrect Item Received: If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

Change of Mind: We do not accept refunds or returns if you simply change your mind after purchasing.

Incompatibility: For digital products, ensure your system meets the product requirements before purchasing, as we do not provide refunds due to compatibility issues.

Incorrect Size/Customization: For POD products, please check size charts and customization details before ordering. Refunds are not issued for incorrect size selection or customer input errors.
